Rental Criteria
- Stable employment history. Employment will be verified
- Copy of most recent pay stub
- Good credit score (lower credit ratings may require a larger security deposit or a suitable guarantor must be secured. The guarantor must be added on the lease)
- No violent Felony convictions. All other arrests/convictions will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.
- No eviction history
- First month’s rent must be received before move-in
- Copy of Social Security card or proof of immigration status
- At least one form of government issued photo ID.
- Security/Pet deposits must be paid before move-in. The security deposit is usually the same amount as the monthly rent.
- No misleading or inaccurate information on the application or other paperwork
- No dangerous animal breeds, including Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, as well as mixes of the aforementioned breeds.
- A face-to-face interview will be conducted prior to signing the final lease
