Justin served five years in the United States Navy. After completing his honorable service, he served the City of Arlington, Texas as a police officer for six years. Theresa Mason, Realtor
Vice President and COO
Theresa has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Upon graduating from the University of Notre Dame, she went into business with her mother painting wall murals. This first company, Wall2Wall Art, LLC paved the way for her next business venture, W2W Painting, LLC. As president of this residential and commercial painting company, she learned many business management skills and developed a passion for business growth and development. She also discovered her desire to use these skills to give back to the community. This desire led to the birth of R.O.L.L. O.N., a non-profit organization that distributes home building supplies and materials to disaster relief charities and other community organizations.
Despite staying busy with these companies, Theresa jumped on the opportunity to go into business with Justin as they began to talk about the potential of a real estate company. Theresa’s experience in business combined with Justin’s knowledge and passion for real estate made the creation of Mason Investment Group, LLC (MIG Real Estate) possible. Together, their individual talents and skills along with the support of their team allow MIG Real Estate to perform at an elite level.
Theresa stays very active in her church and in the community. She served as the President of the Notre Dame Club of Dallas in 2010; she served as a member of the City of Grapevine’s Planning and Zoning Commission from 2013-2017; and she currently serves on the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as the immediate Past-Chair. Theresa is a proud mom of 3 little ones, loves listening and attending Justin’s shows and looks forward to continuing to grow this great company!

April Gadoci
Realtor
April is a born and raised Texan. She grew up in Corpus Christi and after high school, relocated to the DFW area. Shortly after she and her husband, Drew, were married, they moved to the state of Delaware as a result of Drew’s station assignment with the United States Air Force. Four years later they moved back home to Texas, and April got a job with Southwest Airlines as a Recurrent Training Coordinator. She always enjoyed working with others, and the 2 years that she spent working at Southwest were some of her most fun and memorable times! When she and her husband decided to start their family, April chose to end her career with Southwest and stay at home with their new baby. April was a stay-at-home mom for 2 and a half years and cherished the time she spent at home with her two daughters. As the girls got a little bit older, though, April longed to go back to work to be around others in a professional setting. The real estate field seemed to be a fantastic compromise for her; she would have the opportunity to work flexible hours selling real estate and still be around for her beautiful children. So, in 2011 she jumped into her real estate career and has not looked back! She joined the MIG Real Estate team in 2013, and has really enjoyed being a part of this growing company.
April volunteers for Promises of Tomorrow a charitable organization, providing genetic testing, education, and a support platform for the children of breast cancer victims. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR).

Jaymie Tenpenny
Realtor
Jaymie’s life is and has always been rooted in the value of family. Everything she has accomplished personally and professionally has been driven by her true passion of building strong families and relationships. Out of college, Jaymie, along with a business partner founded “A Perfect Day,” a full-service wedding/event consulting firm.
As Jaymie and her husband decided that it was time to concentrate on the branches of their own family tree, she decided that she was being led into a direction away from the strenuous schedule that was the wedding business. After some time at home concentrating on her own small children, Jaymie discovered a new passion–helping friends and family members find homes. She found that she loved hearing and seeing the feelings that new home owners had when they found “their dream home.” After encouragement from her family, Jaymie decided that her sales and marketing background, coupled with this passion for real estate, was a perfect fit to accomplish the career goals she had for herself.
After completing real estate school, Jaymie found a home to start her career in the office of Keller William’s Southlake. Through over three years of gaining knowledge and experience, she used the resources that a large real estate broker offers to build a firm foundation and gain confidence in her trade.
When approached with the opportunity to join Mason Investment Group, Jaymie found that the Masons’ goal of providing excellent service with integrity was exactly the same as the ideal on which she had based her whole career. Whether it’s a family looking for the perfect environment to raise their children, or a buyer looking to make a sound investment to better the future of their family, the vision of MIG fit perfectly into Jaymie’s idea of what a real estate team should be and should strive to accomplish for its clients.
Jaymie and her husband raise their two young sons in North Fort Worth, TX. In her spare time she loves interior design, cooking, and finding time to volunteer where she can, including teaching Sunday School at her church in Grapevine.
